We collect this information to ensure that we are able to contact you as required regarding you appointments or to send out newsletters and special offers where you have consented to these been sent.  For our clients, it allows us to complete a thorough assessment of your needs to enable us to offer you the most appropriate advice and treatment for your condition.

Who will we share it with

Treatments may share your data with other health professionals to ensure continuity of care by referring you onwards to another practitioner.

Legal basis for holding your information

For our clients, we have a legal obligation to hold and process your information for a minimum of 7 years.  We also have a legitimate business interest to hold your data in case of a medical claim or query about the case, as well as enabling us to advise you of future services which we may offer.

If you are not a client, we have a legitimate business interest in holding your data to allow us to respond to enquiries and also to advise you of the services we offer or changes to our current services.

How long will we retain your data

If you are a client your information will be held for a minimum of 7 years from the date you last saw us as we have a legal basis to do this in case of a claim or query about your case.

If you are not a client we will hold your information indefinitely as long as we are actively engaging with you.

Access to your information and corrections

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.  If you would like a copy of some or all of this information then you will need to email or write to us using the details below on how to contact us.

We review our privacy policy annually and any updates will be on our website.
